ANALISIS EPIDEMIOLOGI KASUS HIV/AIDS DI KOTA SORONG TAHUN 2004–2025
Abstract
Penelitian ini menganalisis distribusi kasus HIV/AIDS di Kota Sorong berdasarkan pekerjaan, kelompok suku, dan wilayah distrik menggunakan data surveilans tahun 2004–2025. Penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil menunjukkan kasus tertinggi terdapat pada pekerja swasta (1.215 kasus), diikuti kelompok tidak bekerja (973 kasus) dan ibu rumah tangga (861 kasus). Kasus lebih banyak ditemukan pada kelompok Non-OAP dibandingkan OAP, dengan Distrik Sorong Barat sebagai wilayah dengan kasus tertinggi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa mobilitas penduduk, aktivitas ekonomi, dan perilaku seksual berisiko berkontribusi terhadap penyebaran HIV/AIDS. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan deteksi dini, perluasan layanan terapi antiretroviral (ARV), dan intervensi berbasis komunitas untuk meningkatkan pengendalian HIV/AIDS.
